What size do I need?

Outputs

The number of outputs is determined by the number of submersible pumps used. If there are 3 submersibles we need 4 outputs.

Inputs

The number of inputs is determined by the number of submersible control wires used. For example, 4 - three product dispensers would require 12 inputs (4 x 3 = 12). If these 4 dispensers were blenders they would require 8 inputs (4 x 2 = 8).

Each Diesel dispenser requires only one input, even if it has a satellite dispenser connected to it.

Example

A typical station with 4 - three product dispensers, and 6 Diesel master - satellite dispensers would require Model 102-042400. (4 x 3 = 12) + 6 = 18 inputs.

Sizing tip - inputs needed

The number of inputs needed is equal to the number of impact valves less any impact valves used on diesel satellites.

Spreadsheet sizing programs

This program can be used to determine our model numbers.  Just enter the number of submersible pumps and dispensers and it will display the proper model number.
